
The Hyatt Regency Dallas Hotel is located next to
the beautiful historical district of downtown Dallas, adjacent to the
unique landmarks of Reunion Tower, Union Station, and many other local attractions.

customized website for the 2013 AAEOY event.
AAEOY attendants can book rooms, modify or cancel reservations directly.
NOTE: For those who book the rooms through office/company travel services, please ask the agent for

Cancellation must be made 24 hrs prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Hotel Parking
Valet Parking is available at $14 per day plus tax, during the AAEOY events. Please specify the AAEOY events to the Attendants.
Two nearby city parking lots are available for self-parking.
1) $5 parking lot (marked in map) is not monitored and can accept cash only for the machine. The nearest entrance from the parking lot brings you to the lower level of the hotel. Escalators will take you upstairs to the lobby.
2) $10 parking lot is on the other side of the circle. This is monitored, and credit card payments are accepted. This is the ACE parking lot. From the parking lot, the hotel entrance is a steep uphill walk.
Transportation to/from the DFW Airport (22 miles)
Taxi fare is approximately $40-50, one way.
Shuttle service is approximately $17 per person, one way.
Super Shuttle operates 24 hours a day to and from the DFW Airport.
Transportation to/from Love Field Airport (8 Miles)
Taxi fare is approximately $20-25, one way.
Hotel guests are connected to the Union Station via underground walkway from the Hyatt Regency.
Union Station offers transportation options through Amtrak and
Greyhound.
Local Light Rail Service
Local light rail services are operated by DART, the Dallas Area Rapid Transit services. Guests can access the DART Red/Blue/Green lines, as well as the Trinity Rail Express to Fort Worth, at the adjacent Union Station. Routes available to immediate downtown area locations include Dallas Convention Center, Dallas Zoo, West End Historic District & North Park Center shopping mall.The Light Rail cost is $1.75 for each one way ride, or $5.00 for a day-pass.
