Sponsorship Program
There are four main sponsorship levels. Each level has corresponding number of maximum nominees, number of seats at the banquet, exhibit/display space, sponsor information to be included in the 2013 AAEOY Program Book, etc. Opportunities are also available for sponsoring specific components at the AAEOY event, such as seminars and receptions. The four levels are:

Note: The 2013 AAEOY Program Book will include greetings from the US President, government officials, congressional leaders and local luminaries. It will also include award events, honoree biographies, sponsor information and display ads. Publication materials need to be submitted according to the due dates in order to professionally produce the 2013 AAEOY Program Book. Here are a few sample Program Books from the recent AAEOY events.

Nomination Program
Nominees must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents of Asian descent.
There are three categories of Sponsor Nominated AAEOY Awards:
Asian American Engineer of the Year
Asian American Executive of the Year
Asian American Most Promising Engineer of the Year
Candidates are judged on professional achievements, impact of professional accomplishments, and community service by a nomination committee with prestigious members.

The Distinguished / Lifetime Achievements Awards nominees are directly solicited by the 2013 AAEOY Nomination Committee.
